What is Thai Field Guide?
Thai Field Guide is an iOS app designed to help you learn the Thai language, including its script, vocabulary, and pronunciation. It features adaptive quizzes, audio notes, and progress tracking to support learners at every level.
Do I need prior Thai knowledge to use the app?
No prior knowledge is required. Thai Field Guide is designed for learners at all levels, from complete beginners to those looking to refine their skills.
What does a subscription include?
A subscription gives you full access to all quizzes, the Browse facility, audio notes, and progress tracking. Your learning data is retained for five years after your last active subscription, so you can pick up right where you left off.
Can I record my own audio notes?
Yes. You can record personal audio notes for any word, glyph, or phrase in the app. These are stored privately and are never shared with third parties.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Tap the Settings icon on the home page of the app. At the bottom of the Settings view you will find a Delete Account button. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
